RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


1. RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@edge-athletica.com. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


3. HYGIENE AND CONDITION OF ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, used, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

Items may be tried on briefly to assess fit, but must not be used for training, skating, or extended wear in order to remain eligible for return.


4. SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Outside of the statutory cooling-off period (14 days), sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.


5. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, and must include proof of purchase.

This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale, unless a legal exception applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.


7. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return instructions will be provided once your return request has been approved.


8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
