SHIPPING POLICY
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During product launches, promotional periods, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL Tracked delivery. Orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Parcels are sent in mailbox-friendly packaging.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3–7 business days
Outside Europe: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and customs processing.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
5. TRACKING
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that in some regions, tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves the European Union.
6. RETURNS AND ADDRESS ISSUES
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@edge-athletica.com. We will assist you in tracking your shipment and, where applicable, initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
